Our client is looking for experienced Maintenance Operatives to work in North and East London areas. This is a full-time position with extra hours available. Your new role : As their new Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for dealing with all trades such as carpentry, plastering, plumbing, flooring etc. Our client's ideal Multi Trade Operative: Experience in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, flooring, tiling etc. Experience in working for the social housing sector would be an advantage. Own tools. Driving licence. Good attitude, punctuality, and good communication skills. What our client offers: In return for your hard work as their Maintenance Operative, you will be offered: Full time position. Starting rate: £16/h - £19/h. Contract. Immediate start.
