Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to join its growing team. This role pays a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 annually Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate high-value lease agreements, purchase agreements, option agreements, and development agreements. Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including property rights, zoning laws, development projects, and land use regulations. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff within the commercial property department.About you: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in commercial real estate or property law with at least 7 years PQE.
