Job Description What will you be doing?  As a Software engineer, you will join our Dorset team to support our activities within the Defence sector.  Your main responsibilities will be:  Develop and maintain software components for sonar and radar systems. Apply C++ programming expertise to create efficient and reliable code. Collaborate with engineers from different disciplines to ensure system integration. Conduct thorough testing and validation of software modules. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sonar and radar technology.Who are we looking for?  Strong C++ programming skills Experience in sonar and radar systems development Understanding of signal processing techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsYou are...  Passionate about engineering  result-oriented  proactive Qualifications Experience, skills and qualifications required:  Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS). Knowledge of defence industry standards and regulations. Familiarity with MATLAB or Simulink. Eligibility for SC clearance (UKEO), with a proactive and can-do attitude.
