What you ll be doing:
- Sourcing and matching talent with our clients
- Building relationships like a pro, from cold calls to coffee chats
- Managing the whole recruitment process, from Hey, nice to meet you! to Congrats on the new job!
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and staying ahead of the game.
What we re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year Recruitment experience, ideally from Creative Recruitment Industry
- A people-person who can strike up a conversation with anyone.
- Comfortable with a phone-first, email-second approach.
- A natural problem solver who loves a challenge and stays cool under pressure
- Experience in recruitment is desirable, however we will also consider applicants with prior B2B sales experience.
- Target-driven and naturally competitive.
