I am currently looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Brand for a global hospitality business. About the position: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and social media to enhance brand visibility Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand representation Develop and manage the brand marketing budget effectively Create and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies Measure the success of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven improvements Oversee partnership projects and ensure a consistent brand message is delivered
The successful candidate: Previous experience in a senior brand role with international reach Experience within a fast-paced B2C business Ability to make effective commercial decisions A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual Ability to develop and manage relationships
