We are recruiting on behalf of an oversubscribed and popular Primary School in Watford who are actively seeking a Key Stage One Primary Teacher. Position: Key Stage One Primary Teacher Location: Watford Pay: MPS1 to MPS6 This Watford Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage One Primary Teacher to join their vibrant and dynamic team. This Primary School is located in the heart of Watford, which is well-known for providing a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for their diverse student population. As a Key Stage One Primary Teacher at this school you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the students. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and fostering a love for learning in our young learners. Your Key Responsibilities will be; Develop and deliver creative and stimulating lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of your students. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged and supported. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback, utilising a range of assessment techniques. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate cross-curricular activities. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers to support students learning and well-being.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) *this is essential, please do not apply if you do not hold this qualification Experience teaching Key Stage One in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the Key Stage One curriculum and ability to effectively differentiate instruction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
