To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business . To analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate back to your team , finding ways to improve and learn . About you : You have 3 years + experience in this position You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation. You love to wow guests with exceptional service , and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
