Managing their large modern facility in Humberside, you will need to have attention to detail and a thorough understanding of plant hygiene. You will be expected to have a good understanding of propagation from seed but candidates will be considered from other horticultural disciplines. You will have strong management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate individuals. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels is absolutely essential.
