Senior architectural technologist

Position: Senior Architectural Technologist | Location: Stockport | £35k - £45k doe We are currently recruiting for an experienced  Senior Architectural Technologist to join a medium sized RIBA practice based in Stockport. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join with knowledge in the education sector and a desire to continue working in this sector. This RIBA Practice has over 20 members of staff, with varying in experience and expertise. As a practice they offer an early finish on Fridays and a flexible working arrangement during the week. You'll be working on a range of projects in the education sector, typically focusing on schools. Despite this being the focus of this role, there is also the chance to work on some projects in other sectors, such as Residential and Commercial. The Role: Senior Architectural Technologist Produce tender package drawings. Assist within the busy practice. Produce and assist with planning applications. Produce information for site meetings and different stages. Use Revit daily Run your own projects Help mentor junior staff Salary for this position ranges from £35k - £45k doe. As a company they offer a flexible working arrangement, including lunch time finish on Fridays and the option of a split working at home/in the office. The Candidate: Senior Architectural Technologist Previous experience using Revit or working in the Education sector - including Priority School design process and Df E Output Specification. Live within a commutable area to Stockport Ability to use Revit would be advantageous. Able to work across all RIBA Stages and on a variety of residential projects.
