Our client is leading shopfitting and interior fit-out company based in the West Midlands, seeking an experienced Estimator to join their Commercial Department, and be part of a team that values quality and client satisfaction.
Your new role
As an Estimator, you will:

  • Perform cost analysis and estimation for projects.
  • Ensure competitive pricing while covering all costs.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and our contracts team.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Report key aspects of estimating functions to Directors.
  • Develop and maintain client accounts.
  • Analyse job appraisals and report variances.
  • Manage project costs from start to finish.
  • Review contracts and assess risks.

  • Activities
  • Analyse tenders and job specs.
  • Calculate final project costs and present tender prices.
  • Negotiate with sub-contractors for best value.
  • Refine specifications for better production and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
