Commercial Property Lawyer/Senior Lawyer

Position - Commercial Property Solicitor 3PQE-5PQE Hybrid Working Legal 500 firm I am working with my client at a high-end City boutique, looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The team consists of around 80 Solicitors, with a heavy emphasis of commercial property and real estate work. The role will be working on general acquisitions and disposals, leases, and real estate finance, representing the banks and developers. The firm has a solid reputation for their real estate work, consistently being in the Legal 500 for the specialism. The position is available due to a member of the team moving abroad as well as the team experiencing an increased demand for their services. It is now necessary to hire an experienced real estate solicitor to strengthen the team and plan for the busy times ahead. Requirements: A university degree from a top UK university. 3PQE+ as a solicitor or equivalent. Experience working at a quality firm (City/international/boutique)
