Compliance Marketing Consultant Permanent London, Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office basedThe firms Marketing and Communications team have an exciting new opportunity for an Investment Management Marketing Compliance Consultant to join the team.This is a newly created role whereby the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in reviewing reviewing the financial promotions, ensuring they are compliant in line with FCA rules.About The RoleAssess and approve the firms financial promotions and documents.Offer marketing compliance support and guidance to all areas of the Proposition & Strategy and Marketing teams.Be the first point of contact for compliance queries and investment management.Provide compliance advice for marketing projects in relation to financial promotions.Conduct control testing of the financial promotions review and approval process.Deliver training to the Marketing Compliance team to help increase their knowledge.Deliver compliance insight by monitoring regulatory developments at the FCA.
