Element has an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC business. This individial will drive the sector people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plans and acts as a single point of the contact for managers and employees in the business unit. ResponsibilitiesProactively supports the delivery of HR Processes within the business unit including performance management, people development, recruitment and Employee relations activityEducates and develops People Managers in all aspects of people management to ensure consistent and effective practices are in place and to enhance the employee experienceBuilds a strong business partnership relationship within the business unit leadershipDrives succession planning for key talent and key strategic rolesAssesses the organisational structure of the sector and facilitates changeSupports merger and acquisition activity, including people due diligence and integrationQualificationsGood, general educationHR related qualification is advantageousProven experience in Human Resources ManagementProject Management and Change Drive the sector people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plansActs as a single point of the contact for managers and employees in the business unitProactively supports the delivery of HR Processes within the business unit including performance management, people development, recruitment and Employee relations activityEducates and develops People Managers in all aspects of people management to ensure consistent and effective practices are in place and to enhance the employee experienceBuild a strong business partnership relationship within the business unit leadershipDrive succession planning for key talent and key strategic rolesAssess the organisational structure of the sector and facilitates changeSupports merger and acquisition activity, including people due diligence and integrationManagement experienceExperience designing and delivering people initiatives to drive continuous improvementsCoaching and mentoring experienceUp to date Employment Law and best practices knowledge and experience dealing with complex ER casesExperience dealing with re-structuring and employee consultationsExperience with TUPE regulations and integration activitiesEffective communication and influencing skillsEffective time management skills and the ability to manage a challenging workload across a geographically diverse sectorSelf-starter with ability work on your own initiative and thrive in a fast paced environmentGood analytical and problem solving skillsConfident dealing with senior stakeholdersComfortable managing challenging and conflicting prioritiesMS office skills at a good standard level of competenceFull, clean Driving Licence is essential for this role as travel will be required
