We are a socially responsible company and give our customers the ability to invest a portion of their premiums in environmentally and socially beneficial projects.The OpportunityWe have a newly created Account Manager position within our UK Distribution team to support our sustained and continued growth plans. In this role, you will act as a business partner with assigned intermediaries to profitably grow the business and meet sales / growth targets across multiple UK product lines.Your new roleAssist with planning and implementing strategies to build and retain high value intermediaries to meet or exceed annual financial targets.Gather market intelligence on competitors and share and develop strategy, knowledge, and best practice.Establish and develop relationships and promote company image with key clients and intermediaries.Review service and performance standards against expectations with intermediaries.Establish and develop good working relationships with all existing intermediaries within the assigned channel territory.Develop new business and new relationships to achieve agreed sales targets.Sells products and services via allocated channel.Manage the portfolio product mix for the allocated channel territory.Develop, present, and negotiate intermediaries’ requirements, and execute Account Approach plans.About youBroad insurance industry knowledge and experienceIntermediary Distribution Product range knowledgeAbility to deliver on agreed business targetsInfluencing and negotiation skills
