Paralegal

Keltbray Infrastructure Services are recruiting for a Paralegal to support the Legal team working from our Farringdon office, London. Keltbray Infrastructure Services are an Engineering business who specialise in the Energy, Renewables, Rail and Highways sectors. Duties and responsibilities Produce legal correspondence and other documents, and conduct legal research, as required and under the supervision of the legal team.Review of standard NDAs / confidentiality agreements / PCGs.Insurance claims management and liaising with brokersManage insurance renewal process. Development of an insurance claims management procedure.Real Estate: Prepare simple licence agreements and manage external legal counsel.Preparation of corporate documentation and filings including board minutes and resolutions.Drafting of letters.Review and update of policies and procedures including Code of Conduct and associated documentation. Support on transactional work / due diligence including acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
