Are you a Design Engineer or similar with experience or knowledge of Mould tools, that Is looking to step into a highly autonomous and technical role, working Monday - Friday, 36 hours a week so you can maintain a great work-life balance, in addition to having a clear scope of progression to senior level roles and management positions?
On offer is a days based role, that will provide full technical training into a highly technical industry, whilst having bonuses, overtime and share schemes so you can significantly increase your earnings.

The Candidate:
CAD experience
Knowledge of Mould tools or similar

The Role:
Enable efficient design and development of new mould and associated tooling from product design concept, through development and transfer into production manufacture in accordance with Avon procedures.
Utilisation of design optimisation tools and analytical methods to promote efficient, effective, and robust tool design solutions.
8.30-5 Mon to Thur with early finish Friday at 4pm
