We are looking to expand our UK team in order to continue and support our growth with the hire of a London based Senior Sales Manager. Our vision is simple: To transform display advertising into meaningful individual experiences.


About the Role

Working with the UK Commercial Director you will define and implement a strategy to acquire and develop new business. You will be responsible for developing, growing, and selling Crimtan’s advertising solutions to independent agencies and clients direct within the UK market. Comfortable building relationships with clients/agencies and creating high impact proposals that win business. Crimtan’s key verticals include: travel and tourism, Auto, retail/e-commerce, financial services, charitable organizations, real estate, b2b, lottery/gaming and education.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Crimtan’s UK revenue and profitability goals
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Working with the UK Commercial Director to implement a targeted strategy to acquire, develop and grow new business within the UK market
  • Build strong-long term agency and client relationships to deliver growth
  • On-board new agency and client relationships to Crimtan
  • Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with account management and client services teams to deliver relevant advertising solutions for key clients, prospects and agencies
  • Deliver effective and best in class proposals, presentations and RFP responses
  • Attend regular sales meetings and presentations with agencies and clients to discuss their strategy and how Crimtan can support it
  • Deliver persuasive presentations that educate the market and demonstrate Crimtan’s value proposition
  • Build, manage and maintain sales pipeline through the use of Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting for forecasting


Qualifications

5 – 7+ years overall sales experience in digital and programmatic advertising


Required Skills

  • Experience working with Independent agencies
  • You excel at selling complex programmatic advertising solutions to independent media agencies, e-commerce brands & marketing teams
  • You prospect and close new business opportunities by using a consultative selling approach
  • Track record of prospecting and selling digital advertising solutions to independent agencies/clients direct


Preferred Skills

  • Preferable but not essential, experience in selling programmatic advertising solutions direct to retail or travel brands
  • A strong understanding of the programmatic and adtech ecosystem
  • Self-motivated, positive achiever attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
  • Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce
