Key Responsibilities: Classroom Support: Assist classroom teachers with the delivery of lessons and the management of students. 1:1 Support: Provide individual support to students who require additional help, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. Group Work: Lead small group sessions, reinforcing learning and providing targeted support. Behavior Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Help with behavior management strategies when necessary. Special Educational Needs (SEN): Work with students with SEN, tailoring support to meet their specific needs. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing classroom materials and maintaining records. Qualifications: Relevant experience working with children or young people. A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students in their learning journey. Good communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
