Are you Experienced in the Product Management of Customer Portals? Are you capable of leading a Team to engage Customers across various Platforms? Can you demonstrate previous excellence in UX design? My client is currently undertaking an exciting expansion of their Product team and are looking to bring in an experienced and UX / Customer Portal/ Digital Platform focussed Senior Product Manager on board. As a Senior Product Manager for Customer Portals, you will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, shaping the future of customer interactions by overseeing the design, development and optimisation of customer-facing portals. You will be responsible for enhancing the online experience for customers across multiple platforms and channels. Duties include: * Conducting market research, competitor analysis, partner, and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. * Defining, prioritising, and communicating the portal product roadmap to internal stakeholders. * Detailing portal requirements and design decisions in collaboration with the Transformation team, and work alongside the chosen integration partner to build and launch new portals * Ensuring that portal controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant. * Participating in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams. The ideal Senior Product Manager will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and be able to demonstrate how they use this to design and develop customer-centric solutions to bring forward an excellent customer experience. You will be able to demonstrate your use of the Microsoft suite of tools including Dynamics and Power Platform to solve business challenges.
