will be offered: A great salary package of £48k per annum plus bonus. Amazing training and the chance to progress within a great iconic and historic company. Opportunity to collaborate with menus and food ideas. Rota of 48-50 hours per week.

The right candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience as a

Sous Chef

working in a high-end establishment like a 5-star hotel, private members club, or fine dining. A great attitude and teamwork behaviour. A passionate person that can manage a high volume setting (200+ covers) and be creative.
