Demand Planning Manager

Elite have partnered with a growing luxury beauty & fragrance group, to support on the hire of an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join their collaborative team. Job Summary - As the Demand Planning Manager, you will lead and manage the demand planning operations (planning, coordinating), improving efficiency, and ensuring quality in the process. You will create and implement a robust line-level 12 month rolling forecast for all SKUs aligned with Company’s target working closely together with cross functional teams – Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement demand forecasting models and processes to accurately predict customer demand. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data and insights for demand forecasting. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy. Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts. Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to drive continuous improvement. Please note - Production planning or liaising frequently with a Production Planning team and purchasing team is a must for this role.
