We are seeking a skilled and experienced software Product Consultant to join our committed team of housing technology professionals. As Products Consultant you will be the bridge between our clients and our product development and customer success teams ensuring potential and existing clients understand and appreciate the breadth of features our solutions provide and how they can transform their organisations through proper deployment and usage of them. Position:                      Products Consultant Location:                     Remote / Home Based / Occasional Travel Reports To:                 Head of Projects Employment Type:      Full-Time / Flexible Hours Salary:                         Competitive + Commission (experience dependent) Key Responsibilities Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and customised solution proposals Conduct product demonstrations to potential and existing clients alongside members of our Customer Success team and other business growth team members Collaborate with our clients to understand their business processes, requirements and pain points to provide expert advice on deploying our software solutions Carry out pre-sales discovery meetings, project implementation training sessions, requirements gathering and product workshops to clients to maximise the value and utilisation of our software solutions Provide insights and feedback to the ROCC Strategic Development Steering Committee and Customer Success teams based on interactions with potential and existing clients and industry trends Assist in the production of product documentation, product release notes, training materials and user guides to support client onboarding and ongoing usage Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and critical friend to help them achieve their business objectives through our software solutions Mentor and guide other team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ideal Qualifications and Experience Experience in UK housing industry, ideally housing technology / proptech Degree level education or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in software consulting, product consulting, product management or a related role. Experience in an application support or application sales background in a B2B environment. Understanding of software development processes and project methodologies. Track record of managing successful client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
