PROJECT MANAGER - DISS, NORFOLK

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of projects from the handover to installation, focusing on customer experience. Conduct pre-contract meetings with the sales team to ensure accuracy on bespoke projects. Lead weekly meetings with departments for progress updates and client communication. Maintain accurate project progress records in the in-house management system. Regularly communicate with clients to provide status updates and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with various departments and suppliers to streamline project execution. Manage logistics, including transport and dispatch requests. Ensure adherence to payment terms and address project deliverable deficiencies. Document and manage any project variations appropriately. Comply with health and safety regulations while keeping to the clients’ high standards. Contribute to the improvement of departmental processes and performance. Travel for site surveys and meetings as required. Prepare reports for senior management and assist with other tasks as needed.
