Position : Chef De Partie Location: Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross Hours: 40 hours per week Rate: £ 13.00- 14.00 per hour, with additional exciting bonuses as part of the IHG group About Us: Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross, a distinguished 4-star hotel and part of the renowned IHG group, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Scope & Purpose of the Role: We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie who will work 40 hours per week on any days from Monday to Sunday, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes from a Continental Menu with expertise, including grill experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Manage stock efficiently and effectively. Train and develop junior team members. Ensure exceptional customer care and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work. Entry Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel setting. Knowledge of food preparation from a Continental Menu. Ability to perform manual tasks and work under pressure. Pride in your work and exceptional attention to detail. Food Safety Qualifications. Proven success in a similar environment is preferred.
