With offices based on Fleet Street in central London, this is a hybrid role, meaning we won't be able to consider candidates seeking fully remote roles, but we won't make you come in every day, either!Characteristics we valueCuriosity and Continuous Learning: Always hungry to learn and grow: loves soaking up knowledge and asking meaningful questions.Accountability: Takes the reins and owns the results, not afraid to be accountable and deliver.Effective Communication: Confident communicator with killer time management skills, spreads good vibes (with a strong meme game) and gets things done.Adaptability: Thrives in the fast lane, resilient and flexible, ready to tackle challenges with a smile.What you will be doingIn the role of a Graduate / Paid Media Account Executive at Kandidly, you're the muscle behind client campaigns, from setting up and launching campaigns, audiences and ads, to ongoing management and identifying opportunities for optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementWork closely with your Account Managers to whip up creative solutions for your clients' campaigns.Set up and launch paid media campaigns across Paid Search & Paid Social channels.Conduct daily health checks inclusive of; budget management, troubleshooting errors, and optimisation of campaigns to improve performance.Provide analysis, insights, and A/B tests for ongoing campaign improvement, assist in the building of campaign/client presentations.CommunicationCollaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth communication between the agency and clients, actively participating in preparation for client calls and taking notes and circulating to the team and client.Own your tasks and keep the communication flowing with your manager about task progress, ability to meet deadlines and reprioritise as necessary.Actively participate in team discussions, contributing insights to enhance overall team performance and efficiency.Skills & RequirementsDigital Awareness & Interest: At least a basic understanding of what paid search and social are and do (any experience is a real bonus)Analytical Capability: Exhibit strong numerical and analytical capabilities, data manipulation and providing insightful comments on performance.Organisational Excellence: Super organised and efficient, juggling tasks with ease, putting things in order like a pro.Problem-Solving: Tackle & embrace challenges proactively, troubleshoot campaign errors, and participate in team brainstorms.What we are offering youGet a solid & competitive paycheque and some awesome perks!Work in a friendly atmosphere where you can grow and learn exciting new thingsEnjoy a £500/year training budget to keep your skills on pointEmbrace the hybrid work life – we've got you covered with a laptop and home office essentials.Benefit from competitive perks, including private medical insurance and 25 days of annual leave (and your birthday off)Opportunity for global remote work (for 1 month a year)Fridays are the new Saturdays, with early finishes and loads of social events.Plan for the future with our company pension schemeFind us at 107-111 Fleet St, London – and yes, flexible workdays with 1-2 days in the office!How to ApplyMake yourself stand out!
