As a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant specializing in SEMH needs, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your empathetic nature and dedication to fostering emotional resilience will help create a positive and safe learning environment for our students. You will work closely with classroom teachers to implement individualised support plans, focusing on social skills, emotional regulation, and academic development.
