IT Service Desk Analyst - Law firm

IT Service Desk Analyst - London, city , office based - 45-50k + Benefits Global Law firm - must have legal experience (legal applications support required). Technical * Excellent troubleshooting skills, knoweledgable with hardware, such as laptops, and mobiles. * Experience of core Microsoft Office 365 products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. * Knowledge of legal softwares required (e.g iManage, big hand etc..) * Audio/Video conference knowledge desirable. ITIL Foundation qualification desirable
