Job DescriptionJob Title: Employee Relations and Policy Manager Salary: £55KLocation: London- Hybrid (3 Days onsite)I am recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist for leading Telco provider. You will play a critical role in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, providing strategic HR advice, and supporting organizational change initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and resolving complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary cases.Providing expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on employee relations matters.Leading and executing key ER projects within the business.Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with best practices.Managing relationships with external legal counsel.Supporting and/or leading organizational change initiatives, including TUPE, redundancy consultations, and senior exits.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have a strong track record in employee relations, with a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
