About the role of a Project Manager
Due to a contract award of a refurbishment project, this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, to take their career to the next level.
You will act as main point of liaison with the principal contractor, attend all programme, design & progress meetings, mange subcontractors, health and safety and oversee quality & delivery.
Based in the Cheshire area, you will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction executives who will provide you with the environment where you can thrive.
The company are growing rapidly and have a large forward order book of leading construction projects with an opportunity to progress over the next couple of years.
Experience/Qualifications for a Site Manager:
- Experience on steel work, flooring, M&E and everything in between.
- Oversee the construction site from start to finish.
- Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.
- Working for high-end client's, whilst exceeding their expectations by elevating the experience.
