Support Analyst FTC

The Role We are looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join the tech team on a 6-month FTC. This is an independent role with specific responsibility for supporting users across APAC, in Hong Kong and Seoul. We are looking for someone to work on the Asian time zone (GMT+9) and you’ll support a Microsoft and Cisco Meraki environment. Responsibilities: * Network Support - Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for our networking infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki systems. * Inventory System Support - Offer technical assistance for our inventory management system, ensuring seamless operation and integration across the team. * General IT Support - Assist staff with Office 365 applications, other issues, and other day-to-day technology needs. * Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Asia-based staff. * Collaboration Tools - Support communication tools like video conferencing, VOIP and remote collaboration platforms. * Documentation & Reporting - Create documentation and user guides for internal systems, track and report on recurring issues. Requirements: * Proven experience in IT support roles, with knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Office 365. * Exposure to inventory management systems is highly desirable. * Experience in a support role for geographically dispersed teams, preferably covering Asia time zones. * Familiarity with printing solutions and general office IT setups. * Language Skills: Fluency in any Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean) is advantageous.
