The role will suit someone who is caring, friendly, empathetic and has a good understanding of the needs of our residents. Above all else, you'll promote resident independence, choice, dignity and respect by upholding the highest standards of care and continuously striving for improvement. Requirements: * Nurse Qualification or NVQ 5 (or higher) in care, or other relevant qualification. * Knowledge of the care sector. * Knowledge of regulatory framework relating to care homes. * Strong interpersonal & communication skills both written & verbal. * Has a good understanding with electronic systems Summary If you're a strong Registered Manager with at least 3 years management experience, that has strong evidence of CQC compliance, then reach out today to discuss this position.
