As a History Supply Teacher, you will be joining a dynamic department where you'll deliver engaging and inspiring history lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality history lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Humanities department to ensure excellent learning outcomes.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Uphold the school's strong values and contribute to the overall success of the students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching history in a secondary school setting (preferably Key Stage 3 and 4).
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching history.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence as a History Supply Teacher.
