Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £185 - £265 per day

Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? A coeducational secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join their dynamic team fASAP.
About the role: As a Science Teacher, you will inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering innovative and interactive science lessons that foster curiosity and a love for learning. You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking department, committed to providing students with the best possible education in the sciences.
Responsibilities of the Science Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Teach a range of scientific disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning. Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to inspire a love for science. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development. Support students’ individual learning needs and encourage academic success. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Requirements of the Science Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching science at secondary level, or a desire to develop in this area (ECTs are encouraged to apply). Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement. Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one). Benefits:
