Employment Type: Full-time temporary to permanent position. Working Hours:  Must be fully flexible between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative Build rapport with customers in a consultative manner Listen to the customer's needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services & products the company provides. Communicating with customers and clients via live chat platforms.
