Contracts Management Opportunity – Enfield, North London - £80,000 + Package + Bonus I am currently representing a leading Construction company who are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to oversee several projects throughout London on a newly won framework. My client turns over £50 million who operate throughout the Commercial Office, Retail, Education, Healthcare and hospitality sectors. The Position: Reporting into the Managing director, you will be required to lead on a front-end client facing standpoint. This includes the developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners, effectively maximising workstreams. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, including programming and spearheading reporting, including compliance reports, HSE reports and Cost Reporting, being commercially and operationally astute. The Projects: You will be required to oversee a new framework agreement my client has recently signed on behalf of a leading FTSE 100 company. Projects will consist of fast-track external fabrication works across my client’s portfolio throughout London, ranging in value from £400,000 to £3 million per project.
