With a plan to increase site numbers and integrate smoothly into our parent company’s operations, we are seeking an experienced Finance Director who can steer our financial strategy, professionalize financial processes, and serve as a key business partner as we scale. Role Overview As Finance Director, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing systems that will provide the financial insights necessary to support business expansion and successful integration. You will partner closely with department heads and the group CFO, facilitating data-driven decisions while ensuring robust financial controls and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Business Partnering : Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives, site expansion, and seamless integration with the parent company. Systems Implementation : Lead the deployment and enhancement of financial systems to improve reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management : Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive team members and operational leads, to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies. Operational Oversight : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping the organization make informed investment decisions. Process Improvement : Drive professionalization across financial operations, focusing on process automation, accuracy, and timely reporting.
