This role will specifically focus within our fast-growing Life Sciences division, delivering language and technology solutions to clients including pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, clinical research organizations (CROs), and medical device manufacturers.Our website:https://www.transperfect.com/industries/life-sciences Who we work with:https://www.transperfect.com/client-listThe Account Executive will report to a Sales Director and focus on developing new business to drive company growth.Your responsibilities and tasks will include:Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and close new businessIdentify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunitiesDevelop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect's servicesIdentify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, networking events, trade shows, and direct marketingPromote TransPerfect by educating clients on the company’s various servicesPresent TransPerfect via one-on-one, group, online and in-person meetingsManage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company proceduresProvide customer support and manage client expectationsQuote, manage, and bill projects on a daily basis, coordinating with clients and production teams to ensure these run smoothly and profitablyCommunicate professionally at all levels of seniorityEssential skills and experience required:Bachelor’s degree or its equivalentExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Customer service and/or project management experience2-3 years of Sales/Business Development experienceExceptional problem solving and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environmentMust be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on successMost importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of serviceBy applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruiting
