Project Manager - Southwest London We are currently assisting a reputable medium sized main contractor in their search for a Project Manager. This role will be leading the fit out onto museum schemes, projects are £1million - £2million in value. Job role: Project Manager Salary: £75,000 - £85,000/annum (Depending on experience) Location: Southwest London Project Manager responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise Liaising with client and providing updates on works being doneProject Manager Knowledge and skills: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proven experience in construction management or a similar role Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS cardTo apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you
