Keep it Running Smoothly: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, and assist with administrative tasks. Grow Together: Participate in ongoing staff training and development sessions. What We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Leadership experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
