Are you a motivated and experienced Orthopaedic ODP or Scrub Practitionerlooking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Nurse for our client, a leading independent hospital group in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Theatre Team, based at one of their sites in Hertfordshire and advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment.

As an Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Assisting in delivering care tailored to meet patient needs.
  • Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvements.
  • Collecting, collating, and organising data, interpreting information to make justifiable assessments.
  • Developing a working environment that enhances health, safety, security, and infection control.
  • Leading others in developing knowledge, ideas, and work practices.

The ideal candidate for the Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Practitionerrole will be:
  • A Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with orthopaedic scrub experience.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient across a range of skills with professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification.
