Health & Safety Trainer - Midlands

HSS Trainer Home Based/Midlands Full-time, permanent 45,000pa + Car Allowance Established in 1896, Make UK is the employee's platform for all those in the Manufacturing industry. Make UK are seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to join their expert team of consultants as HSS Trainer, delivering accredited NEBOSH & IOSH training to our national member portfolio. Role Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for digital development (eLearning, game-based learning etc.)
• Design and deliver HSS learning solutions to a variety of Make UK Members.
• Training delivery up to 14 days per month
• Ensure that all clients receive the highest standards of professional delivery.
• Maintain strong working relationships with accreditation bodies.
• Supporting the sales team, passing on any new commercial opportunities identified.

• Maintain Make UK's portfolio of IOSH & NEBOSH courses.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to enable opportunities for improvement in current courses

Person Specification

• Demonstrable experience of HSS training delivery
• Tech IOSH - working towards Cert IOSH and later CMIOSH
• Excellent understanding of the current and future market for HSS training and services.
• Able to travel across the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Leamington Spa)
