DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer - AWS, Terraform, SQL, Fargate - Hybrid - London

This is a DevOps Engineer (AWS, Terraform, SQL) for a insuretech business looking to scale their product and team significantly. You will be a critical hire for the business being the first dedicated DevOps Engineer, taking ownership of the whole AWS estate with scalability and security in mind.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of AWS environment
• Maintenance, design and deployment to AWS infrastructure
• Collaboration between Architect, Product and Engineering
• Scaling AWS environment with a security mindset
• Understanding of AWS Security Principles
• Maintaining and configuration of CI/CD pipelines
• Reviewing security logs

Requirements:

• Strong AWS experience
• S3, Fargate, Lambda
• High level Terraform knowledge
• Database (SQL)
• VPC / Networking / Security Groups
• CI/CD (Git, CircleCI, ArgoCD)
