Overview of Role: Working for D2 Global, you will be supporting major infrastructure projects throughout the UK working with client teams. The specific role on offer would be to assist the maintenance of the centralised intranet site, including document libraries across multiple teams. Responsibilities: Engage with content owners to comprehend and collect their requirements. Assist the SharePoint Manager with regular audits. Update contact lists, maintenance logs and book regular check in meetings with site owners to provide support in key areas of development. Engage with teams to deploy document libraries permissions. Work with stakeholders to manage the smooth migration of data from other SharePoint repositories. Assist end-users by addressing issues, and ensuring seamless operation of existing SharePoint solutions Ensure all SharePoint solutions are kept up to date in terms of design and content, proactively working alongside management. Working closely with colleagues from Information Management, Communications & Business Systems to ensure stakeholder requirements are fulfilled. Requirements: Minimum 2-year’s experience in a similar role Excellent interpersonal skills to develop robust relationships across all key stakeholders. Required to have a good understanding and experience using SharePoint online, including the use of document libraries as data repositories. Experience with data migrations, either manually or using ShareGate. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing construction project environment Confident with all Microsoft Office packages Polite telephone manner Benefits: Competitive salary (Salary dependant on experience level) Pension scheme 25 days holiday + option to buy/sell 4 days.
