Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am – 5pm Friday 8am – 1pm (with flexibility)
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing key aspects of projects, from scope and scheduling to financial performance and quality. You will be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring that all documentation, deliverables, and schedules are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing project scope, schedule, finance, risk, and quality.
* Liaising with internal teams and ensuring smooth project execution.
* High-level reporting and regular meetings with stakeholders.
* Overseeing compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
This Project Manager role will require you to develop and refine project management systems and processes, ensuring alignment with offshore wind practices.
Skills & Experience
To succeed as a Project Manager, you will need the following:
* Project Management qualifications (Prince 2, Scrum, or equivalent).
* Expertise in P6 Project Planning.
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
* Leadership experience in heavy engineering or manufacturing.
* Client-facing experience, with a strong understanding of multi-discipline projects.
* Knowledge of HSE, QA standards, and strong commercial acumen.
