TTP Machine Operative

Machine Operator - South Kent   Rotational Shift Pattern – 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm (40 hour working week)  £13 per hour + generous & regular overtime (1.5x or 2x hourly rate)  Temp to Perm (£27,040 perm salary + OT – significantly increase your earning potential!)  We are looking for reliable Machine Operators to join our client on a full time, temp to perm basis!   Our client is an established and successful organisation within the food production sector who are hiring due to increased business and growth!  Duties include:  Working in a busy food production factory  Preparing machines, setting them to production recipes   Preparing raw materials for production  Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.  Ensuring machines are clean and well maintained at all times  Any other duties required.  To be considered for this Machine Operator role you will have:  Previous experience operating machinery in a factory-based environment  Ideally worked within Food Production   The ability to speak, write and understand English to a good level   A good understanding of Health & Safety  The ability to start immediately on an ongoing basis  The ability to commit to rotating shifts – 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm Monday to Friday  This role offers the following:  An immediate start, initially employed by Pearson Whiffin Recruitment but with a view to being directly employed by our client on a permanent basis  Opportunities to progress long term  Stable weekly pay through PWR initially  A competitive hourly rate  The opportunity to work overtime including Sundays and Bank Holidays at DOUBLE TIME!   Accrued holiday pay, with pension contributions after 12 weeks  This role is being handled by Sammy Messenger, Senior Consultant - Manufacturing, Engineering & Technical Division at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment  Not quite the right role but still looking?  Whether you are entry or Executive level, our team of experienced Recruitment specialists can help you with your career.
