As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Financial Services, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent in positions across various STEM disciplines. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Finance sector, understanding their business, culture, and specific talent requirements. Talent Acquisition: Utilize your deep knowledge of the STEM landscape to identify, assess, and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and online platforms. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients in the rapidly changing STEM landscape. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record in Finance recruitment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
