Commercial Manager  PFi Commercial Manager We are looking for an accomplished PFI Commercial Manager to join our clients team in the North West. Working closely  with the Commercial team on a  major project, this  role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-value operations Summary: PFI Commercial Manager Salary up to  £75,000 plus Bonus and competitive benefits package Hybrid working with  a minimum of 2 days per week on-site Location: North West PFI Facilities Management Lifecycle and Variations Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage commercial aspects of a PFI project Lead and manage PFI Lifecycle ad variations in project scope, ensuring smooth and effective processes. Provide strategic commercial input to maximize project value. Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate amendments where necessary. Collaborate with the wider project team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives. Key Requirements: Strong experience with PFI is essential. Healthcare sector experience  is desirable but not mandatory. A proven track record in managing variations and change control. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
