Assistant Service Manager Location: Leamington Spa Salary: Basic Salary circa £37,000 depending on experience + bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota Holidays: 24 days annual leave (increasing with service)Assistant Service Manager required for our Client’s well-established independent garage based in the Leamington Spa area. Our Automotive independent garage Client is currently seeking a skilled Assistant Service Manager to assist managing their busy Service Department. For your hard work as a Assistant Service Manager for our Client you can expect a salary of £42,000. The hours of work in this Assistant Service Manager position are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota.  Responsibilities as a Assistant Service Manager for our Client A Customer Service orientated Assistant Service Manager who is able to coach the service team to deliver only the best Customer Service Organised and the ability to think on your feet Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team Target focused and can drive a team of Service Professionals to success Requirements of this Assistant Service Manager Role Direct experience in managing a workshop team is advantageous. Strong, hands on technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance. Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and priorities. Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality. Strong communication abilities and customer service skills.
