Bookkeeper - M44 – Irlam Salary: £30-35k A well-established construction company is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts professional to join their close-knit team. You will provide accounting support while also managing day-to-day office and administrative tasks to help the team meet its objectives. Responsibilities: * Enter data into Sage/Strike and manage receipts and invoices * Purchase & Sales invoices * Assist with monthly valuations and accounts operations * Log employee absences and holidays * Coordinate admin support, manage posts, and handle account applications * Place orders for the contract team, yard, and office * Collaborate with senior and site management teams * Manage CITB/Levy Grants, PQQ, and Industry Accreditation * Prepare VAT returns, and support pensions * Manage debtors * Oversee vehicle management and promote team culture Key Skills: * Strong background in Accounts/Bookkeeping * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Outstanding organisational and time management abilities Details: * Full-time, flexible start time (core hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm) * Salary: £30-35k * Free parking * Pension * Stable, long-standing company Location: Irlam, M44.
