Health & Safety Manager – Construction Walsall, West Midlands HQ + Nationwide Travel £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance Information on the role * Ensure the KPL Health & Safety Policy is applied consistently across all business and project sites. * Visit sites to support managers with health and safety issues, compile risk assessments, and ensure subcontractors meet safety standards. * Advise on health and safety legislation, identify training needs, and implement systems for accident and risk management * Conduct unannounced site visits, spot checks, and regular site inspections, reporting findings to directors. * Lead or assist in health and safety support on larger projects, attending prestart meetings, and maintaining accurate safety records.
